Artist Date  The Art Gallery  I had a relaxing time in the art gallery this afternoon. I had a difficult time adjusting, just because I wasn't in my own chosen environment, which is the point to this task. I would probably never go into the art gallery and just be in there for an hour, but it was actually nice.  In regards to feedback for the class, I am optimistic for this class. I feel being a senior, I've just adapted to the stress in my life, which isn't okay- I shouldn't just settle for having stress. I've taking numerous classes that claim to help students with stress, but none of them were to the extent of this class. I feel I am a very spiritual person, and I carry my emotions and stress on my shoulders all the time, and I feel that effects me spiritually, mentally, and physically. This class I think is so wonderful just from the short few days I've experienced, and I'm excited to see how it changes me into a stronger person.
