  I analyzed a blog by Rachel Miller. She focuses her blog on how communications can strengthen a business or company. She talks about different fields in communications such as apps, teams, conferences, PR, etc. The blog is to explain how communications can help improve such ways of communicating.  She wrote a blog called, "How to help team leaders communicate". She focuses on managers and how their communication can be improved with their employees. She emphasizes "with" their team, not "to" their team.  She uses statistics to explain her reasoning, which I really appreciate, and uses them as visual aids. So, this prevents us from having to read the statistics (and get bored), because she lays them out flat for us. She also uses a lot of references to help back herself up. There are a lot of visuals with color, which makes reading her blog more entertaining.   I appreciate her blog, because as we know communications can be kind of overwhelming at ti
