Artist Date

I considered myself to have two artist date's this week, which was not a bad thing to do at all! One of them was cooking for myself, and the other was staying home for class. I don't get a lot of alone time in my life, so as soon as I have the alone-time...I blast into action trying to enjoy it for my artist dates. These artist dates have saved my sanity.

I have a hard time coming up with things in the moment and I’m really awkward. I try not to be, I think it just comes with time and practice. I feel uncomfortable with touching people but I know it’s doing something good for me. I can just feel it. I like the text excercise better. I actually think it’s kind of fun.

Artist Date

For my artist date this week, I meditated! I didn't really know what I was doing, so I just looked up a beginners mediation session on Youtube and it was awesome! I just did it in my room with some calming music playing while listening to the video. I will definitely be doing this more often!
