February 10th-
Breakfast- apple
Snack- yogurt
Lunch- chicken noodle soup
Dinner- Spaghetti and salad (Olive Garden)

February 11-
Breakfast- special K breakfast bar
Snack- orange
Lunch- corn and chicken salad sandwich w/ whole wheat bread
Dinner- cooked sushi from HEB

February 12-
Breakfast- raw oatmeal w/ 1% milk
Snack- strawberries (5)
Lunch- veggie sandwhich (Club Connections)
Dinner- wrap w/ carrots, avocado, ham, lettuce, sour cream, a little of pineapple

February 13th-
Breakfast- raw oatmeal w 1% milk w/ apple
Snack- blueberries
Lunch- Salad w/ ranch (no meat)
Dinner- 2 eggs with hot sauce and toast w/ 2 grilled ham slices (YUM!)

February 14th-
Breakfast- apple
Snack- strawberries (6)
Lunch- coffee w/ tuna salad sandwich (Starbucks)
Dinner- raw oatmeal and yogurt. Also, had some late night chocolate

February 15th-
Breakfast- cheerios w/ 1% milk w/ banana
Snack- apple
Lunch- veggie sandwich w/ chips
Dinner- back-strap and green beans

February 16th-
Breakfast- Special K Strawberry cereal w/ 1% milk
Lunch- coffee w/ vanilla creamer and salami sandwich w/ swiss and lettuce w/ mayo
Dinner- redfish (Power Plant) w/ green beans and mash potatoes (no butter)
