Food Post Feb 17-23

Saturday 17th-
Breakfast- wheat bread with strawberry cream cheese and coffee
Snack- blueberries
Lunch- Homemade chicken salad sandwich with sliced pickled, and potato chips
Dinner- cheese enchiladas, beans, and rice (Taco Cabana) w/ unsweetened tea

Sunday 18th-
Breakfast- raw oats w/ 1% milk w/ strawberries
Snack- banana
Lunch- veggie sandwich (sub connections)
Dinner- spinach cooked with coconut oil w/ salmon patty's (pre-made from HEB), w/ squash

Monday 19th-
Breakfast- raw oats w/ 1% milk w/ almond butter
Snack- banana
Lunch- chips w/ hummus and homemade chicken salad sandwich
Dinner- chicken breast w/ mash potatoes (no butter)

Tuesday 20th-
Breakfast- honey nit cheerios w/ 1% milk and banana
Snack- wasn't hungry
Lunch- Mexican Casserole Bowl (Amy Meal)
Dinner- homemade crock pot vegetable soup w/ chicken broth (no meat)

Wednesday 21st-
Breakfast- raw oats w/ 1% milk and banana
Snack- strawberries
Lunch- apple w/ crackers and hummus
Dinner- BBQ chicken w/ ranch style beans and Mac n cheese (oops)

Thursday-
Breakfast- woke up super late
Lunch- burger (Blake's Cafe) w/ French fries and tea
Snack- strawberries
Dinner- squash and zucchini w/ grilled chicken strips

Friday-
Breakfast- oatmeal w/ 1% milk and strawberries
Lunch- veggie sandwhich w/hummus
Dinner- sautéed vegetables w/ chicken breast
