Saturday-
Breakfast- raw oatmeal with 1% milk and strawberries
Snack- strawberries
Lunch- Turkey Wrap w/ french fries and pineapple
Dinner- grilled chicken w/ sautéed vegetables and rice

Sunday-
Breakfast- Cheerios w/ banana and 1% milk
Snack- banana
Lunch- Cheese burger w/ fruit and unsweet tea
Dinner- Dinner salad (no meat) w/ ranch

Monday-
Breakfast- Cheerios w/ banana and 1% milk
Lunch- Sonoma wrap (WOW Cafe) w/ French fries
Dinner- grill chicken w/ rice and green beans

Tuesday-
Breakfast- bagel w/ strawberry cream cheese and chocolate milk
Snack- strawberries
Lunch- salad w/ grilled chicken
Dinner- 5 oz. grilled steak w/ squash and green tea

Wednesday-
Breakfast- Special K cereal
Snack- strawberries
Lunch- ALT sandwich w/ unsweet tea
Dinner- redfish w/ mash potatoes and green beans

Thursday-
Breakfast- Cheerios w/ 1% milk
Snack- kiwi
Lunch- Wrap from (WOW Cafe) w/ pineapple and grapes
Dinner- grilled chicken w/ mashed potatoes and green beans

Friday-
Breakfast- Cheerios w/ 1% milk
Lunch- Grilled chicken sandwich w/ veggies and fruit
Dinner- redfish w/ sautéed vegetables
