Class Requests

I don't really have any requests. I do wish that we were focusing on ourselves more, although, I know the purpose of this class is to be comfortable with others. I am getting more comfortable with everyone. I am really glad that Kristof and I have got close in this class. He makes my soul so happy because he just seems no pure in his attitude towards life.

I want to adopt being a better listener to my fiancé. I know that I get in my moods and I don't really listen well to what he's telling me. I think its both a problem that we have. Especially when we are stressed out about work or homework. I take my stress home with me and it makes me not want to listen and just be by myself. I want to be better about this.

Contact and Text Excercises

I have a hard time coming up with things in the moment and I’m really awkward. I try not to be, I think it just comes with time and practice. I feel uncomfortable with touching people but I know it’s doing something good for me. I can just feel it. I like the text excercise better. I actually think it’s kind of fun.

Artist Date

For my artist date this week, I meditated! I didn't really know what I was doing, so I just looked up a beginners mediation session on Youtube and it was awesome! I just did it in my room with some calming music playing while listening to the video. I will definitely be doing this more often!
