Food Post (March 3- 9)

Saturday-
Breakfast- Raw oatmeal w 1% milk and an apple
Snack- Kiwi
Lunch- Veggie Wrap with potato chips an unsweet tea
Dinner- Chicken Breast and frozen green beans

Sunday-
Breakfast- coffee w/ Special K strawberry bar
Snack- grapes
Lunch- Veggie Sandwhich from my home
Dinner- Chicken pin wheel w/ asperagus and unsweet tea

Monday-
Breakfast- Raw oatmeal w/ 1% milk w/ almond butter and cinnamon
Snack- Kiwi
Lunch- Salami sandwich (Sub Connections) w/ celery sticks
Dinner- Salmon patty (HEB) w/ squash

Tuesday-
Breakfast- Raw Oatmeal w/ 1% milk w/ almond butter
Snack- grapes
Lunch- left over salmon patty's w/ green beans
Dinner- chicken breast w/ salad w/ ranch
Drink- microwaved green tea

Wednesday-
Breakfast- Cheerios w/ 1% milk
Lunch- Senoma Wrap (from WOW)
Dinner- Salad w/ tuna, ranch, and nuts

Thursday-
Breakfast- Cheerios w/ 1% milk
Snack- kiwi and strawberries
Lunch- tuna salad sandwich and potato chips
Dinner- Mac n cheese w chopped hotdog and green beans

Friday-
Snack- Raw oatmeal w/ strawberries
Lunch- Senoma Wrap w/ French Fries
Dinner- Redfish w/ sautéed veggies (from Power Plant)
Drink- lemonade
