Saturday-
Breakfast- whole wheat bagel w/ strawberries and cream cheese (I had to lol) and chocolate milk
Snack- blueberries
Lunch- Chicken salad sandwich w/ grapes
Dinner- Redfish and sautéed vegetables (Power Plant)
Sunday-
Breakfast- Strawberries
Snack- pineapple
Lunch- ALT sandwich and mash potatoes
Dinner- squash and streamed spinach and salmon patty's (pre-made from HEB)
Monday-
Breakfast- raw oatmeal w/ 1% milk and almond butter w/ unsweetened cinnamon
Snack- Kiwi
Lunch- Granzins chicken sandwhich w/ unsweet tea
Dinner- salad w/ ranch w/ a bunch of different veggies (no meat)
Tuesday-
Breakfast- banana muffin and coffee (Starbucks)
Snack- grapes
Lunch- malt o meal w/ banana (better than it sounds)
Dinner- meatloaf w/ green beans and mash potaoes and ice cream cake (justified by birthday dinner)
Wednesday-
Breakfast- raw oatmeal w/ 1% milk and strawberries
Snack- kiwi
Lunch- Veggie sandwich (sub connections) w/ green tea
Dinner- grilled chicken w/ lemon and rice w/ steamed cauliflower
Thursday-
Breakfast- Cheerios w/ banana
Snack- Kiwi
Lunch- spaghetti
Dinner- grilled chicken thigh w/ green beans
Friday-
Breakfast- Strawberries
Lunch- Granzins Sandwich
Dinner- Redfish w/ sautéed vegetables (from Power Plant)
